Subscription not showing after purchase

Subscriptions are usually activated instantly. If not, please wait 5 minutes and refresh. If still missing, email us with your purchase receipt.

Can't access picks

Ensure you have an active subscription. Check your subscription status in the Settings page. If issues persist, try logging out and back in.

Login issues

Try resetting your password. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Disable any ad blockers that might interfere with authentication.

Payment declined

Verify your card details and billing address. Some banks flag gambling-related transactions - contact your bank to authorize. Try a different payment method.
